Q) "The “Remember Me” option is not working and I can’t save my favorites list, what’s wrong?"
A) Be sure cookies are enabled for your browser (you may need to refer to your browser’s documentation for help finding this option).
Q) "I can’t print my favorites (print catalog)."
A) You will need to disable any pop-up blockers while using our site as the Print Options box opens in a new window.
Q) "I have logged in, but I still can't get to the check-out page."
A) Try logging in and then going to the DCMP homepage. At the bottom of the homepage is a box called "Status" which should show you your current status as a registered member of the program. Check that you have "Full Borrower" privileges and that there are no warnings here. You can also go to your "My DCMP" page to see a more complete summary of your current account status.
Q) "On the check-out page, the item I want is never available."
A) This could happen because either (1) this is a highly requested media item and really is not in stock, (2) there is an error in the inventory records, or (3) there is a problem with your account. In any case, please contact the DCMP and request assistance with your order. Staff will be happy to track down the problem and resolve whatever the issue is. Sometimes, it's simply that more copies of a popular item are needed.
